We are getting so many Answering machines in Goautodial 2.1,How to ON Answering Machines,please help us

Hi balu,
You can turn on the Answering Machine Detection on the campaign you're using by setting the Routing Extension value to 8369 or if you're using press-1, broadcast and survey campaigns, put 8373 as it's value.

We no longer support GoAutodial version 2.X. We do recommend you upgrade the to the latest version. Get the latest GOautodial admin tools - GOadmin. Lots of bugfixes and new features.
