Good day! Did you run the update_server_ip command. Please check your server conferences IP address. Also, This issue/bug tracker is meant for bugs, feature request and issues related to the GOautodial CE ISO, system installation and the GOautodial applications (GOadmin, GOreports and GOagent). yes, i have run update_server_ip command and IP address changed successfully. i configured Campaign, carrier phones, users and i am able to make calls through softphone (eyebeam) but when i am trying to login as agent its still giving "Sorry, there are no available sessions" message. what to do, please help.
