Description

I have freshly installed goautodial 3.3 and i am unable to see hotkeys or use them when agents login. i have added the hotkeys in the campaigns option and have also selected yes from modify users. i cant see hotkeys in the agent login.

Hi navneet,

You need to set the agents' user level that will be using the hotkeys to 5 for it to appear or you could alter the default value of $HKuser_level inside the /var/www/html/agent/agent.php file.
