checkbox personal only

Hello,
I have a problem ( goautodial 3.0 ) . " Agent Login " . After hungup,if I press callback, I do not see the checkbox of personal callback . Thanks for your help

Hi,

The your user settings Agent-Only Callbacks if its enabled.
