Webform does not POST custom fields in radio or select box type, only text

I have come across an oddity in the GAD 3.3 release where i cannot get the custom fields to get posted in my webform string, i can get any text in a text style field, Just not anything in a drop down or select box. Does anyone have any insight to this problem? i have posted my specs below. and any help would be appreciated! Thank you,

linux gogoautodialorg 2.6.18-404.el5 #1 SMP x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Asterisk 1.8.23.0-1_centos5go
This is a Scratch Install, Followed directions to the T, 0 errors
No Digium
Server is a Amazon AWS ec2 instance.
Single Server
Version 2.9rc1
DB Schema Version 1379
DB Schema Update Date 2015-04-13 12:08:04

Can you provide a screenshot of your custom fields and the webform string that you are using?
