thanks for the reply but im using a usb(flashdrive) for the iso . and make it bootable. is it ok?

Any information regarding this method of installation?
My server does not have CD-ROM.

You can use this tool http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as-1-2-3/ to make bootable USB stick on Windows, Or you can use UNetbootin to create a bootable usb installer on linux.
