Interconnexion GOAUTODIAL avec ELASTIX

Added by Telecom Advancia almost 10 years ago

We deployed an IP PBX Elastix for our client, outgoing calls and incoming work perfectly via ISDN E1 Card.

The problem when we want to interface with an automatic dialer goautodial 3.0 which is already deployed in first time on the same network segment given that goautodial works perfectly with a SIP trunk to a telecom operator, when we tried the interconnects with Elastix, manual or automatic call unsuccessful.

This is what has been done: on Elastix we have created a SIP extension, which is used as a control side SIP Trunk. Calls made to the national numbers by calling PLC via the SIP Trunk Elastix they do not succeed, we get a voice message from the IPBAX that all channels are busy and asks to re handling, a text message is displayed next goautodial 3.0 as what there is congestion.

Attached screenshots.

Calls an external Trunk it work perfectly, the opposite for national calls will not work via the SIP Trunk Elastix.

Can you help us to do what is necessary with a sample config if possible to successfully routing incoming calls via an extension sip elastix to national calls from goautodial trunk SIP ?

Thank you in advance for your service.
