Unable to save FORM

Hi all,
we have sometimes problem with save data after hang up call.
All buttons inactive. Operator is not able to save data.
Only one way - logout and then login to system and all data is lost.
Campaign is outbound.
Kernel Version 2.6.18-398.el5 (SMP)
Distro Name CentOS release 5.11 (Final)
Please, help us to solve this problem.
