WebGUI Issues

Hi,
Sorry if my post is in the wrong section of the forums.
I've installed GoAutoDial from the ISO, and have done the update_server_ip, restarted the respective httpd service.
but i still cannot access the webgui by visiting the URL for my server.
can anyone please shed some light where i can start looking for errors please

OKay ive solved the problem it appears to be in my case anyway that the firewall was blocking the traffic.
