Transfer of Recording To another Server

Hello All,

I am planning to Transfer recordings from *Go Auto dial to different Server(dedicated for only storing recordings) on daily basis.

So that we can keep track of old recordings also as it currently deletes 14 days old recordings. I want to keep 6 month Old recordings too.

Please help with step to integrate other server to Go Auto dial ,so that it can transfer recordings automatically to it.

Hi Rumman,

You may need to setup an FTP and configure it on your dialer so it will automatically send the recordings. We don't provide admin tutorial on the system.
