Agent Transfers

I have goautodial 2.1. ce, base set up, nothing added.

and for 95% of it, it works great, but I am having some issues with transfers. I have read all the documentation in the Managers Manual, and feel I have followed it
fairly well. My problem is, that when I have an agent transfer to a closer, the only option that works in blind transfer, it rings the closers extension, but only through
the softphone (zoiper) , not the agent gui, and therefore none of the information is transferred.

My understanding is that the closer needs to be in an in_group, I have a DID set up for their extension in vicidial. Everything works fine, except for how the call is recieved.

If anyone has any information that goes into a little more detail of how this is supposed to work, please let me know, even if it just gets me pushed in the right direction.

You need to create in_group for your closers and check the closer and allowed transfers settings on your campaign.
