frequent cuts

Hello there. Lately I have frequent cuts for my 2 servers at the same time and the message is in asterisk cli: chan_sip.c: 2058 retrans_pkt: Maximum retries exceeded on transmission. I have 2 servers (192.168.1.200 and 192.168.1.201) and 2 lines internet (192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.253). help what is the problem ???? and thank you in adv

Hi,

Is your your server behind the firewall. Try to add the line nat=yes on the last line on your carrier entry.
