Anyone callbacks not appearing

Distro Name GoAutoDial CE 3.0
Hi all
Can anyone tell me if there is a setting that allows the callbacks who have recipient setting 'anyone' to show up in the callbacks list of the agents? Or do they get serviced in some other way?
The useronly callbacks are showing up fine.
