Increase Phone Login

I have installed goautodial 2.1. No I need at least 40 phone login for 40 agents but I am unable to increase phone. Now it's total 20. Can any one tell me how do I suppose to increase the phone login?

Good day! Please make sure your user account is level 9.Can you post the error you encounter while adding phone and user accounts?
