Minimum Hopper Level

Hi
My question is that Minimum Hopper Level is somewhere realted with truck.I have 100 trucks & 4 agents are loggedin.But most of times thier waiting time is increasing and also for 100 trucks what will be dial level

Hi Ajay,

The Minimum Hopper Level is not the same with Dial Level, the Minimum Hopper Level is the number of leads that will be loaded on your campaign, while Dial Level is the number of lines that will be dialled per active agent.
