Call Recordings 0 Bytes

Hello,

I have install GoAutodial 3.0. Call flow is good. But when I tried to pull Calls recording & Playing it,it giving error.
Later I found all calls recordings are of 0 Byte. Team Please help to fix this issue in the dialer.

Hi MD Rumman,

Have you try to enables recordings in your Campaign setting? Is this a single server configuration?
You can also check the configuration of your HTTPD services if your local subnet is allowed.
check /etc/httpd/conf.d/goautodial.conf

Look for allow from and enter your ip subnet save then reload your httpd services /etc/init.d/httpd reload
