Dead Call WebRTC Dialer

It's been quite the adventure, but I finally got GoAutoDial working on EC2 from the ISO.
Everything seems to be working however when I do a call in a campaign when set to manual dial the web client calls.
Within a few seconds the UI shows Dead Call, but the call is still active. I'm not sure why.

This issue impacts auto dialing because the call connects and then disconnects

The dead call issue seems to be related to Answering machine detection.
I disabled it on the campaign and it worked.
