Allow Inbound and Blended: yes
Customer 3-Way Hangup Seconds: 5
Campaign CallerID: 0000000000
Transfer-Conf Number 1: CXFER
Transfer-Conf Number 2: empty
3-Way Call Outbound CallerID: Customer
3-Way Call Dial Prefix: empty
Inbound Groups: Agentdirect and closer agents (CLOSER group)
Allowed Transfer Group: Agentdirect and closer agents

What we are trying to accomplish:
To make it possible for agents to transfer a call to another agent in the same campaign through a consultative call. preferably with the lead info being sent with the transfer. Also we would like the agents that are logged in as closers to show up in the list you get in the transfer menu.

Issue:
We have been trying to get consultative transfer to work the last couple of weeks. Unfortunately when transfering we can only use direct tranfsfer, and even then when the agent who initiated the transfer leaves the call the customer is kicked out of the call as well. Also the agents who are logged in as inbound don't show up in the transfer menu (They do show up in the agent status display)

Any help will be much appreciated,
