Problem with softphone and agent interface goautodial v4

Hello,

I have a problem with using a softphone for goautodial v4. I have managed to register my account on the softphone (I used zoiper and linphone), and also after logging in to the dialer in the agent interface I get an incoming call on the softphone. However when I answer the call, I do not hear the message ´you are currently the other person in this conference´, which is usually a bad sign. After this I go to my agent interface and try to dial a lead. I press dial next, and I can hear the phone ringing through my softphone. Here comes the problem, when someone picks up the phone the agent interface does not show LIVE CALL as it is supposed to, but I am connected with another person through my softphone. The agent interface will just say waiting for ring... and will stop at the 60 second timeout, but I am still talking to someone. Because of this I am not able to change customer information or comments or even load a script, because for all this you need the LIVE CALL status in the agent interface. Maybe someone knows about this problem or is able to help me out, would be much appreciated.

P.S. Also I want to mention that when this happens, as in the call is made through the softphone but is somehow not registered as LIVE CALL on my agent interface and just goes to timeout, when I press RECORD on the agent interface it does actually record the conversation. After I then finish recording I am able to find it in the admin interface and listen to it without a problem.

Hi,

Is your dialer updated to the latest version? Can you post your asterisk CLI log upon login and while attempting a call.
