I create new extensions and users and it does not create the Asterisk automatically aqruivos out, what can be?

Of course, the version I'm using is 3.0 32bit

I'm going PHONES and there I create my extension, I only see that it does not create the configuration file.

Try running "update_server_ip" on your dialer then reboot your and try to check again.

That my "UPDATE_SERVER_IP"

Now I can create users and phones! More now I'm finding another difficulty when trying to login with an agent it gives an error saying that the phone is not active in the system and with this new agent I create not login!

I too am having the same problem!

in spite of creating the new phone is on, answer me a message:
"Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system, please try again"

Good day! Have you tried checking the phone advance settings and check the "Agent Screen Login:"

you've tried.

example:
agent001 connects from 8001 to 8020, then in 8021 no.

I think all phones are created after the basic configuration of software has this problem, also tried IAX2.

is the agent that phones are in ACTIVE state.

Hi Thiago,

Please see my previous post. In the phone settings you should click "advanced settings" and check the "Agent Screen Login". Please make sure that the Agent Screen Login is correct and the phones are in ACTIVE state.

I put the User and still gives the same error.

Hi Thiago,

Upon checking your "Agent screen login" should be "8001" since you are using 8001 as your phone login or you can remove the "Phone Login" in the user setting so you can use other phone extension as well.

figured it out. Now the trick described above....
UPDATE_SERVER_IP and reboot. worked for me.
