I am using Goautodial CE 3.0 RC1 32bit,

Please looking at my picture

In report don't have during call per user or per agent. only total calling time in report.

Hi,

Good day! You can use the Admin Dashboard for you to be able to view the calls in progress of your agents, You can also view additional user information by navigating to Telephony > Users > Click the green information button on a specific agent you want to view. Please see the screenshot for your reference.

Thanks so much for your reply me.

But it still miss phone number and during calling each time that agent dial to outbound numbers.

Good day! May i know what is your GOadmin version. Have you tried clicking the "Outbound Calls This Time". Please see the attached file.
