add code php/html access db.

I am new to Goautodial, but I am a PHP, HTML, JAVASCRIPT programmer.
I want to add a new page with access to the DB (to enter some extra information) of the Agent. Is there a way to do this? Is there an interface to enter the php / html code? Is there any API to support me?
