Transfer button Grayed out on few call's

Asterisk 1.8.23.0-1_centos5.go

We are using for predictive dialing. Its working perfectly fine, at times agents are reporting call transfer button is Grayed out - If they hangup the call and go for next call, it will work perfectly fine.
