GOautodial Open Source Omni-channel Contact Center Suite

Hi!
I am newbie using goAutoDial and I have a question:
1-There is a manual to know the structure of tables of Vicidial to do my own reports
2-The abandon call message can use a IVR to send that number to DNC list. I mean when a call be abandon in predictive dialing, the message informing about this call could call an IVR to put that number in DNC list.
3- There is a manual more specific how to do everything of course even if it is payable
