configuration carrier for france

How can I configure carrier to call France with xlite softphone, how can I configure the dialentry ??

exten => _7X.,1,AGI
exten => _7X.,n,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:5}@VOIP,55,o)
exten => _7X.,n,Hangup

Now you can dial from Xlite using 7 + Country Code + Phone Number [For e.g 733PhoneNumber]
