unable to open url

i was installing git then mv/usr something i executed the command and now unable to open the login page help.
mv /var/www/html /var/www/html.orig
mv /usr/share/goautodial /usr/share/goautodial.orig
these commands i executed help out.
how to open the dialer page i am able to open the server through putty but not from the web browser.
