Hello,

I set up a normal outbound campaign and configured it to send to a closer to "verify" the sale. When I transfer the sale to local closer and disposition it as a sale, it overwrites the disposition and Agent columns in the asterisk database. I want to be able to record who made the original call, as well as the closer that verified the sale. I notice that the closer information shows in the Closer_Log table, but why does it get overwritten in the vicidial_list table as well? If someone has an idea to what I am referring to, I need to find a way to be able to track the original agent and the closer agent separately...
