How do you add/make a live agent scoreboard of the number of sales every agent has made. A list where you can read the agents name and the number of sales he has made. The list is updated live after each sale. I saw this in a callcenter a couple of months ago, they had the scoreboard up on a big LED screen with graphics after each sale and music. They also had some "bonus point system upp there". The dialer they were using was goautodial.
