Auto Dial issue

Hi,

I am using Goautodial 3.0 version. Pl let me know if there is any option for agents to hear the Call Ringtone  while campaign is on auto mode ( like manual dial agent can view the uploaded data.

If the above option is not available on goautodial then Pl help me to configure my campaign for suitable auto dial method.

Total Agent - 5
Dial method - ratio
Auto Dial Level - 5
Available Only Tally - y
Drop Percentage Limit: 10
Maximum Adapt Dial Level - 5.0
