Admin password not working.

Hi -

I was able to change the admin password but i am not able to login with the new password.

I verified that the vicidial_users has the new password (in plain text). but not clue why it's not letting me in.

Any tips on how this might be resolved?

Hi Cheetan,

You can try checking the user level of the username that you are using.
