Outbound calls doesn't work only shows "waiting for ring..."

Its only shows "STATUS: Calling: ** UID: M5211938530000000168 Waiting for Ring... "
and after some time "Dial timed out, contact your system administrator "

Please find the below details.

Distro Name GoAutoDial CE 3.3
Asterisk : 1.8.23.0

Hi,

Please post your asterisk CLI log while attempting a call. Please post more details like dial plan and campaign settings.
