Hi can monitor the real-time connections that the agent does in MANUAL DIAL? This is only possible connections with the agent paused?

Hi Marco,

Good day! Can you elaborate more on your concern? Manual dial using agent interface or direct dialing from a softphone? You can monitor agents call on a real-time screen predictively or on a manual dial method.
