Leads are not loading in hopper

Hi,

We are using Goautodial 3.0 RC1 version and Lead recycle enabled.

Whenever we tried to change maximum attempt from 10 to 5 that time leads are stop loading in hopper. Hopper remains zero until change maximum attempt to 10.

As well when its dialing 5 times a same number in 2minutes interval. Please guide me to solve this issue.

You can try to check your lead files, they might be already called or reset more than 5 times.
