Want to know that how to make host dialer , So that my machine can connect all my agent together

Hello, i want install go auto dial and now i wan to to know basic thing about go auto dial .
1 I have installed and also loaded g729 ..... is any thing ales i have to load apart from that to make my server batter .
2* I want to make my machine hostable so that any agent in any were can use my machine is it possible with using static ip. .... and how to do that also discuss security issue
3*Is it true that it will not dialer ok with less then 5 agent.
4* what speed i need for host my sever for 20 agent
5* which viop provider goauto dial support good apart from justviop.com .*
