Tranfer call issue.

Hello,
i have a issue doing transfer call, leads are dial from auto dial once the customer connects, we are doing 3 way calls. i m dialing the number 8443342104. in the CLI the system is adding 11 before that. a single 1 will make the call but i have no idea why its adding another 1 from and why. can someone help me out with this.

Okay manage to remove the one from the dial plan but ran into another problem.
Dialing number 1 manually once the call connects, I click on transfer than if i place number 1 again the system dials out and i can hear both the lines connected.
When i dial Number 1 manually and then hit transfer and dial Number 2 the phone hangs ups and i can't get the 2nd number for 3 way call.
I m using one carrier for both the calls.
