Hello,

i am using Goautodial 3.0 and i am facing problem with leads, when in Answering Machine Detection: ON.

very few calls gets trhown to my agents as dialer disposes all the other Answering Machine calls . which leads to long waiting for agents before they gets any calls

when i download those leads which are disposed as AA automatic answering machine. and try those manually , 90% of those gets connected and even though initially the calls lands on to answering machine however after few seconds some one actually answers the calls..

so is there a way to increase the wait time of automatic answering machine before the dialer automatically disposes it as answering machine.

Please help me in resolving this .
