Hi to all,

I'm completly new in this area. I installed server and clients. But I don't understand where I set phone number from which call will be made ?

Hi Milos,

You can upload leads on your dialer to use the autodial feature. To manually dial, you can either do it on the agent interface or do it directly on your softphones however, there are no reports and recordings when using softphones to dial. Please visit our wiki page for your guide.
