Translations not working on all pages

Hi,

I'm trying to translate GoAutodial to Brazilian Portuguese.

I checked some posts on this forum, specially regarding the way that Code Igniter deal with language files.

I'm not sure why I'm having this behavior, the only part of pages that are showing the strings translated are the Titles of pages, please see the attached screenshot.

What am I missing?
