GOautodial Open Source Omni-channel Contact Center Suite

To implement a level of security surrounding CCs I would like our sales process to only request CC information from the customer when the sale is transferred to the closer. I wanted to know if GoAutoDial has any of the following functionality and how to turn each on:

• Custom form for closer (including CC information, etc)
• Encryption of CC information in the DB
• Access level around CC information to ensure that standard agents are unable to view information.
