Not a Valid Extension...pls help

When my agents log in, the call always tell that not a valid extension number.

What can be the problem?Im working here at the Philippines. What is the proper Time Zone or maybe I need something to fix in my dial plan.

Please post your asterisk CLI logs while attempting a call.
