HELP !! Lead Disposition

Hi sorry I am new to this system. I am trying to find where all the dispositioned leads go. I can see that they are in the system but I don't know what file they are going to. Sorry I didn't set this up and still trying to work everything out . Thanks in advance

Hi,

Its still go with the same list ID it was loaded to. Only the lead status changes from Answering machine, Busy, etc... depending on what is the disposition.
