cause code 18

Hello
I am facing NA NO ANSWER AUTODIAL, percentage issue, when i check i find more 40% of calls are disposed by dialer as NA ( No answer autodial). and on the screen i get " CAUSE CODE 18. " Cause No. 18 - no user responding. is there a way to increase the dial time-out more than 60 sec. if possible 90sec.
because i am wasting my leads at the moment because of that ..

Hi George,
Please post your asterisk CLI logs while attemping a call. You can also try calling the phone numbers tagged as NA to make sure it is working, You can also ask assistance from your VoIP provider regarding this issue.
