Unified Communication || SIP + IM (GoAutoDial + OpenFire)

Hello,

I am trying to built UC (Unified Communication) suite for real messaging that include IM & Voice Calls. Here I am using GoAutoDial v3.0 and OpenFire Server v3.9.3 on same machine.

Feature that I need

1. AD (LDAP) Auth for IM >>> Configured and working
2. SIP/Asterisk Server for voice calls >>> configured and working extension to extension calling using x-lite
3. Auto creation/read of Phone number (extension) from AD >>> Need to know how I can set GoAutoDial to look every time in AD for phone number (Dont want to create phone extension every time)
4. Dial Plan >>> Need a dial plan that can only pass last 10 digit to dial from any number that get dialed
5. Using a Spark IM Client >>> Voice is not audible and after ending call still remains active till complete log out
