Reload Dialplan On Servers

Hi,

I have installed and configure v3.0 and created my custom phone extension but the same is not getting updated on sip-vicidial.conf

I guess I need to select "Reload Dialplan On Servers" to YES but even after applying the setting same is not getting implementing and every time i open the Setting page its again set to NO.

Please help.

Hi,

Have you tried updating your server to the latest version. It is normal that after setting it to Yes it will be set to No again. It is like reloading your dial plan via Asterisk CLI. You can also try reloading your settings by typing "reload" on asterisk CLI, If your asterisk version is 1.8 use "core reload"

Sorry I forgot to run Update_Server_Ip at first place and bingo it worked..
