Dashboard Issue not able to see online agent

Hi,

I have install goautodialCE 3.0 from goautodial-64bit-ce-3.0-RC1b.iso. I have created a user group and give required access on that, however when i assign any use to that group. User will not able to see any live agent i have attached screen shot for the user group and user setting.
