physical memory show red in dashboard

Hello sir,

I have observed that the physical memory is showing up red in colour in the dashboard, please see the attached picture, could you please what could be the problem.
kernel version : 2.6.18-371.8.1.el5 (SMP)
asterisk version : 1.4.39.1-vici
goautodial version CE 3.0

i am also observing lots of calls getting disconnected before even the call is transferred to any available agents.

Please help me what should i do.
