Noone is in your session 8600051

Hi everybody I have a goautodial and I already setup carrier, phones, users and also conferences I get log in but my softphone doesn´t ring and the vicidial says noone is in your session/8600051 every 10 seconds, I have look for that in google and many vicidial forums but I didnt get anything usefull for me I have followed many steps but nothing. I´m using xlite and I also try with zoipper but nothing.

I would apreciate some helps please.

Hi,

Please make sure that your softphone is registered on your dialer before logging in. You must input the correct credentials on the agent login page then click submit the softphone will ring and you will hear "You are currently the only person in this conference".

i do follow the softphone configuration...

no i found that using sip debug,

how to resolve this following issue:
