Hi Support,

I am new to goautodial(actually Im new to IP Telephony)and currently I have this IP PBX bought from China for testing and I want to integrate with goautodial, is it possible?If it is possible is there any guide startup guide I can refer? I want to capture the calls from my IP PBX. Currently my setup is something like as below:

2 PSTN Lines > IPPBX > Softphone and IP Phone

Hi Danny,

Yes its possible, All you need to know to create trunk line between your IPPBX and Goautodial Server once you have the trunk or SIP trunk connected on each
you have to create dial plan to Goautodial to forward the calls to your IPPBX.

To Give you an idea the flow should be Carrier < IPPBX < SIP trunk < Goautodial server and vise versa.
