hi

how I can change the interface agent
that is to say change the field and added another in the script

You can use List Custom Fields to add another fields on your agent UI.

I have tried adding Custom Fields but it doesn't work.
can somebody help me how to make this happen.

What error do you encounter? Make sure you don't put special characters like @#$%^&*().
