GOautodial Open Source Omni-channel Contact Center Suite

Hello! I need your help in relation with creating a call center with as many features as possible and most importantly with predictive dialer. As a new person in software development, would need to find a reliable development kit with easy applications and useful free trial sample programs. I found an SDK which has its predictive autodialer sample program here: www.voip-sip-sdk.com/p_439-call-center-predictive-dialer-voip.html and they say that its sdk provides many features and compatibility with lots of pbxes. How is it with your product? Does it provide many features with instructive sample programs too?
